There is NO restocking fee whether you return for credit or return for exchange. We want you to be completely satisfied. We will process your refund within 7 days of receipt. Please allow up to 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement. When returning an item we recommend you use either Fedex Ground or UPS Ground so that you get a tracking number with your shipment.
Unfortunately we are unable to refund shipping costs on your return unless the error was ours. However if you are returning an item because of an error we made we will send a pre-paid shipping label for return.

Exchanges: We understand that sometimes products need to be exchanged for a different size. Shipping costs are based on actual weight, and, if oversize, the dimensional weight of the item(s) purchased. Playground Slides and other large items ship by freight truck. We only ship Playground Slides within the continental USA. The prices of our Playground Slides already include shipping costs. All other products are shipped via UPS Ground. Most orders are delivered within 3-5 business days via UPS Ground.Shipments to Canada
